Grant: Researcher will be given a salary between £43,297.57 to £50,562.57. Its include London allowance.

Job description:

Over a dedicated two-year term, the CRILS Research Fellow will serve as a central figure in advancing our network’s objectives. This role blends project management, academic contribution, and strategic outreach into one impactful position.

The successful candidate will integrate into our mission by:

· Taking the lead on the end-to-end delivery of two key in-person workshops slated for spring 2026 and 2027.

· Providing the logistical and strategic support needed for our collaborators to host successful online workshops each year (modeled after those found at www.crils.org).

· Playing a dual role in two of our Working Groups—managing the logistics while actively participating in the research. A primary output will be shepherding the group’s findings to publication in a peer review journal and other platforms, all under the mentorship of the WG expert leads.

· Conducting sustained research to identify and connect with prominent academics and practitioners engaged in a critique of industrial animal agriculture.

· Acting as the primary manager for the CRILS brand across all communication touchpoint: written, online, in-person, and our website.

· Serving as an official representative for the network at select events, conferences, and workshops.

· Proactively seeking and applying for grant funding to ensure the longevity and expansion of CRILS activities.
